ABBYY FineReader Corporate Edition 6.0 is a powerful optical character recognition (OCR) software that combines the highest level of accuracy and format retention with robust networking capabilities. It includes all the features of the Professional edition plus networking features such as automated network installation, support for networked multi-function peripherals, and new license management tools. This incredible program carries out the recognition process in a fast and accurate manner, with columns of text, tables and graphic images all being handled properly and with only a few mis-recognized characters. The supported output formats are the usual RTF, DOC (Microsoft Word), XLS, HTML and PDF. What is more, the program lets you extract text from within PDF documents and export it as processed text, and also to print documents directly from within the program. In addition to this, the removal of background speckle and non-continuous shading excellent and the application can also handle non-regular graphics, flowing text around objects in the same way as in the original document. The program is easy to use with a simple and intuitive user interface that will guide novice users by means of 'wizards', while still allowing more experienced users to get at the options and settings pages. ABBYY FineReader Corporate Edition 6.0 is an excellent choice for any company in need of a reliable and scalable OCR solution.
